#1 – Let's do it
Hopefully the first of many
Hello and welcome!
Everyone knows the feeling when you’re super motivated to get a new project going, set everything up and then… nothing happens haha
That’s kind of what happened to this newsletter project of mine.
Now, more than nine months after setting everything up, I might have found a way to make this something that works for me.
My plan is not to send out a newsletter every week or every month but rather whenever I feel like I have something interesting to share. Some cool projects I’ve worked on, interesting conversations I’ve had (and maybe recorded on the podcast), new ideas that formed or just cool stuff I’ve seen.
This first one is just going to be a quick update on where I stand and what my plan is for the future of this project. I’m going to try and write one with way more content in September.
It would also be very interesting to hear what you would be interested in reading here. So feel free to email me (ulrich@ulrichaydt.com), write me on instagram or wherever to let me know what kind of topics you would want me to talk about in here.
50th podcast episode!
For now a quick update and huge thank you to everyone as I hit my 50th podcast episode with “Gestatten Sie?!”.
For the special occasion, my friend Hongwei Tang offered to host the episode and give me a chance to talk about myself, what projects I’m working on and what I’ve been thinking about the last couple months. It for sure wasn’t easy for me to change into the guest role, but the idea was to give you a little bit of an understanding about who the person behind all of these projects is.
Oh and before I forget it, we also got a new podcast cover shot by the amazing Mala Kolumna. So happy with how it turned out and couldn’t have picked a better creative mind to make it.
